When you first enter your car, be sure to turn off your air-conditioner and open the window. From the previous research, the dashboard and sofa produce benzene, a toxin that can cause a cancer to the passenger. Other than that, it also can cause anemia and reduce the white blood cell. This phenomenon can cause leukimia, increase the probability of cancer and abortion.
The ideal quantity of benzene exposure is 50 mg for a feet square. A parked car with closed window produce 400-800 mg benzene and it can increase to 2000-4000 mg benzene if it is parked at the open area. So, the best solution is open the window once you enter the car and the air plus benzene in the car will go out from the car. So, the probability of the passenger to inhale the benzene will be reduced.
