The French automaker, Peugeot unveil their latest concept called BB1. The car using electric will shown the different from architecture, interior, style and connectivity. The design of its rear wheels will give more compact vehicle and more futuristic. The unique is, there’s no engine , no bonnet that give more space for interior.
The car could produce 10hp and 320Nm torque. Like other’s electic car, it powered by a lithium-ion battery pack that could give a drive about 120 km.
LIke other’s compact car, it only can accomodate around 4 normal passenger. THe weight is only 600kg and 2.5 metres (length) and 1.6 meters(width) and can accelerate 60 kph in 6.8 seconds.
This project will be unveiled about 2012 or 2013.

Last January, Peugeot 308 had arrived in Malaysia. Nasim Sdn. Bhd. had taken the opportunity to bring this new Peugeot to the Malaysia. There are two variants available, the VTi and THP but for this entry I want to review about the VTi.

Peugeot 308 VTi had been powered by the 1.6L inline 4-cylinders engine. This engine boost about 120 bhp @ 6000 RPM and torque 160 N.m @ 4250 RPM. The transmission using for this Peugeot 308 is BE4 5-speed manual transmission. Peugeot 308 has front engine – front wheel drive (FF) layout to transmit all the power to the wheel.

On the road, Peugeot 308′ top speed can raech about 115 mph (185 kph) and can accelerate from static to 60 mph in about 11.8 seconds. Let’s look at whether this car can make you buy this impressive family car.
